THE MOZART-MENU
prepared according to recipes of the 18th century
• One piece of typical Salzburg white bread with
butter
• Cream soup with the fine taste of lemons and
rosemary-quark-dumpling
• Breast of roasted Capaun (a kind of chicken)
on top of port wine glace
served with potatoe-pumpkin dumpling,
semolina strudel and
vegetables from Pater Prior´s garden
• Semi-frozen parfait of honey
on request we serve a vegetarian or gluten-free meal.
