Terms and Conditions:
1. Bookings:
Reservations will be accepted only in written form. Clients are provided with a clearly defined voucher. This voucher will be used as the basis for charges.
Mozart Dinner Concert:
In exceptional cases, it is possible that the Concert venue may be changed to the Haydn-Room (which is beside the Baroque Hall). This will always be announced prior to the concert.
2. Cancellation policies:
A cancellation free of charge is possible until 28 days prior the event. Until 14 days prior the event we will charge 50%, until 3 days we will charge 75% and within 3 days we will charge 100% of the total amount.
3. Terms of payment:
Invoices must be paid within 14 days upon receipt. An administration charge of EUR 10 is payable upon the first prompt note, and 5 % of the total amount (a minimum of EUR 20) for the second prompt note. In case of not receiving the payment after the second prompt note we will transmit this issue to the debt collection agency. For interest of arrears we charge 8%.
4. Free ticket:
We will provide one free entrance for every 20 paying passengers.
5. Late Arrivals:
Guests who are not on time can only join the concert during breaks or on steward’s instructions.
6. Changes:
We keep the right of changing the programme or musicians. In case of changing the programme or musicians you are not authorized to cancel or change tickets.
7. Audio and visual recording:
Any audio and visual recordings during the concerts are strictly forbidden. 'Visitors expressly consent to the publishing or other use of any image of their person recorded by chance in the course of any type of recording, in particular photography, television, film or video recordings during events.'
Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Salzburg (City) court of law. The contract will be governed under Austrian law and the language will be German.
