Baroque Hall - Stiftskeller St. Peter restaurant
Enjoy a unique New Year´s night with arias and duets from the "Magic Flute", "Don Giovanni" and "Le Nozze di Figaro with our Amadeus Consort Salzburg consisting of 5 strings and 2 singers in period costumes. In the intermissions we are serving the delicious New Year menu. You can choose between two different menus:
ROYAL MENÜ
- Amuse Bouche
- A duet of trout – stained in hay and oranges with curd and balsamic vinegar foam, tartare with tomatoes and rosemary brioche squares
- White parsley soup with spinach turnover and yolk espuma
- Roasted monkfish in black olive oil with orange syrup and eggplan cream, tartlet of hazelnuts and potatoes OR Pink roasted medallion of veal with macadamia nut crust, puree of celery and sunchoke, with tartlet of balsamic vinegar and lentils
- Assortment of Vahlrona Manjari chocolate with salty caramel ice cream and passion fruit
IMPERIAL MENÜ
- Amuse Bouche
- Three varieties of foie gras
- Essence of veal with dumpling of parsley and truffle
- Filet of Hereford Beef with sauce of Barolo and butter, tarte of rosemary and olives, vegetables spiced with saffron OR
Breston lobster in a sauce of basil and cinnamon flower with roasted Loup de Mer with “risoni“ and Argan oil - Rosé-champagne in different textures – champagne ravioli, parfait with mint, praline
TICKET FEES NEW YEARS EVE
The prices include the respective booking menu, the concert, as well as your personal reservation. The allocation of places according to the entrance of the reservation.
Royal: € 129,-(excluding drinks)
Imperial: € 184,-(excluding drinks)
Please note that the restaurant St. Peter on new year's Eve, increased drink prices apply and no open beverages are served.
The event ends at about 23.30 h.
Of course, you can spend the new year in the Baroque Hall, but feel free. It is the full beverage service available.
